The rooms at Koyado Enn are so cozy and comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper like me. I felt like I was wrapped in a warm hug with the soft seating area and the flat-screen TV for some late-night relaxation. The fridge and personal safe were also handy additions for storing snacks and valuables. And let me tell you, the bathroom was a dream with its fancy electronic bidet and complimentary toiletries. I felt like a pampered queen!
Honestly, I gotta say, the only thing I liked less was the electronic bidet in the bathroom. It's just a personal preference thing, but I still understand why others might enjoy it.

As backpackers, we loved the easy walk from the station and the spacious and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us great recommendations and information. The onsen town was amazing, and we enjoyed our stay here immensely.
Felt like in a fairytale, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming inn in Kinosaki. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the private onsen baths were a real treat. The breakfast was delicious, and we indulged in a mouthwatering Tajima beef dinner at the restaurant. The free access to all the public onsen baths was a bonus, and we loved wearing yukata while exploring the town. we highly recommend this inn for a wonderful blend of modern and traditional experiences in Japan.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - it's conveniently close to the train station, making it hassle-free to arrive and depart. Additionally, being in the heart of the village, you have easy access to all the attractions and hot-springs within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms had a traditional Japanese inn feel and were clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included with my stay.
All was great, nothing to improve.

The traditional Japanese room with tatami and futons was a highlight of our stay. We were given a warm welcome by the friendly staff and were provided with a map of the area and local restaurant recommendations. The best part was the included admission to the onsen, saving us money and allowing us to enjoy different hot-springs in the town. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we needed, and we loved choosing our own yukata to wear.
While some of the hot-springs in the area were a bit worn, there were plenty of others to choose from with the pass provided by the hotel. The only downside was the lack of a view from our window, but we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful town anyway.

The accommodation had a perfect location just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and was within close proximity to everything in the area. What I loved most was that they offered a free admission to the onsen. It was a real plus and definitely saved me a lot of money. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to assist us with our needs. the room was cozy and clean with a traditional Japanese feel to it that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The housekeeping staff ended up emptying our bags even though we had just packed them to go to breakfast. As a result, one of my items went missing.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, allowing for easy transport even if carrying luggage. Walking around was easy and enjoyable, with a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants on the main street. The private onsen is a great facility, with no need to book and always available for use. The luxurious futon offers a great restful night's sleep, and the breakfast is varied and made from fresh ingredients. Plenty of choices for everyone.
One small issue was a bit confusing to get to the reception, however, it did not greatly affect our stay.
