Nice, spacious double room with a small double bed made it comfy for my solo stay. Access to public onsens added a nice touch for post-exploration relaxation.
Location was a bit further from some onsens, requiring a short walk to reach them. Noise insulation left much to be desired, as I could hear other guests coming and going at night, which disrupted sleep. The checkout information via email contained an error that might confuse future guests.

The hotel offered a delightful variety of yukata options, enhancing the cultural experience of our stay.
We found the noise insulation lacking as we could hear other guests coming and going throughout the night.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing cozy covers for my suitcase wheels, adding a personal touch. The range of yukata sizes was impressive, great for taller guests, enhancing the experience. While the overall stay was enjoyable, noise from fellow guests could be heard at night, slightly disrupting rest. Additionally, the absence of a shower in the room meant relying solely on the onsen, which was not an issue for me but could be for others.

The two private onsens were a relaxing escape after a long day. However, the noise insulation could use improvement.

Unforgettable onsen experience!
The private baths were a blast, perfect for just the two of us! The breakfast spread was insane with the best toast I've ever had. However, the dinner took a bit too long to serve, which was kinda annoying. Also, tons of yukata options made it super fun to dress up each day.

The private onsen experience at Koyado Enn was just heavenly! After a day of exploring, nothing felt better than soaking in the tranquil waters. Plus, the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, featuring the best toast I've ever tasted along with a hearty scramble and sausages.
Noisy neighbors.

great stay but noise insulation needed improvement
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. The private hot springs were a highlight, offering a serene escape after long days of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast provided a delightful variety that kept our mornings interesting. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as it changed slightly each day, allowing us to try something new every morning.
The noise insulation could be better. we heard other guests in the hall at night.
